Angels enforce God’s will not our will

Why this series?

There is an increase of demonic activities.

Believers have been sharing testimonies of oppression and afflictions by demons (demons are angels of darkness). The unbelievers are consistently activating demons in every sphere of influence. We can see these demonic activities in entertainment, government policies , education systems and many more. There is a lot of blood shed that is causing wickedness to multiply all around us. It is therefore time to call for increased angelic participation. If the saints don’t understand their responsibility in activating the ministry of angels in light of increasing demonic activities they become victims as well. We need to understand that we have spiritual assistance and we can activate the help of angels to cause the will of God to prevail in the land.

“Are not all the angels ministering spirits sent out [by God] to serve (accompany, protect) those who will inherit salvation? [Of course they are!]” Hebrews‬ ‭1:14‬ ‭AMP‬‬

“But you have come to Mount Zion and to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to myriads of angels [in festive gathering],” Hebrews‬ ‭12:22‬ ‭AMP‬‬

If you are born again the bible says angels are spirits sent by God to serve, protect , help and provide for you. We’ve come to a city of the living God with innumerable company of angels.

“Therefore rejoice, O heavens and you who dwell in them [in the presence of God]. Woe to the earth and the sea, because the devil has come down to you in great wrath, knowing that he has only a short time [remaining]!” Revelation‬ ‭12:12‬ ‭AMP‬‬

“in which you once walked. You were following the ways of this world [influenced by this present age],in accordance with the prince of the power of the air (Satan),the spirit who is now at work in the disobedient [the unbelieving, who fight against the purposes of God].” Ephesians‬ ‭2:2‬ ‭AMP‬‬

When you see people manifesting disobedience, there are spirits working in them so they are inclined to rebellion and disobedience. The world view of many people has been shaped by secular culture and the complete disregard for spiritual truth. Evil is on rampage and it shows in the degradation of our society and the value systems that shape our world. The biblical view has been completely deemed as irrelevant, because the prince of the power of the air has dominated the atmosphere. The demonic forces in the atmosphere are gaining dominance and their voice is louder than the voice that cries out for righteousness. The minds of people have been polluted and defiled by demonic spirits who sow wrong seeds that manifest as ideologies, perverted desires and pursuits. The definition of life, sexuality, love has been perverted and defiled by demonic spirits. These are activities of demonic forces.
In order to advance the gospel and the kingdom of God we need to activate angelic assistance.

We will activate angelic assistance and it will result in spiritual warfare in the spiritual realm where demonic forces that form strongholds in a territory will be dismantled. This will result in people yielding to righteousness, and submitting to the will of God. We need to play our role as God’s representative on the earth. He said the government will be upon his shoulder and the shoulder represents the body of Christ his church. The church has the government and no demonic power is permitted to operate and gain dominance over you. A demonic power can only dominate a territory because you allowed it.

“Listen carefully: I have given you authority [that you now possess] to tread on serpents and scorpions, and [the ability to exercise authority] over all the power of the enemy (Satan); and nothing will [in any way] harm you.” Luke‬ ‭10:19‬ ‭AMP‬‬

“For in Him all the fullness of Deity (the Godhead) dwells in bodily form [completely expressing the divine essence of God]. And in Him you have been made complete [achieving spiritual stature through Christ], and He is the head over all rule and authority [of every angelic and earthly power].” Colossians‬ ‭2:9-10‬ ‭AMP‬‬

“And He raised us up together with Him [when we believed], and seated us with Him in the heavenly places, [because we are] in Christ Jesus,”
Ephesians‬ ‭2:6‬ ‭AMP‬‬

This is the privilege that we have in God, we can exercise authority over all powers. We have the capacity to receive the ministry of angels who enforce the will of God. The demonic activities around us is a sign that the angels of God have been idle. The negative things that we see around us are orchestrated by demonic forces. There are manipulations in the spiritual realm that produce the manifestations of wickedness around us. God has given us the power and authority to enforce the kingdom of God in the world we live in. We have the power that can bind demons and limit their operations. We need to understand the way this kingdom works and the position God has imputed to us in Christ in order to take responsibility over the territory we live in.

“Blessed and worthy of praise be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realms in Christ,” Ephesians‬ ‭1:3‬ ‭AMP‬‬

There is no one on the face of the earth as blessed as believers. The truth is the blessings are in the spiritual realm and we need to understand that our participation in the spiritual realm will ensure the delivery of these blessings. We are seated in the heavenly places in Christ far above principalities and rulers of this world. Our participation in the heavenly realms will release blessings. Through the spiritual technology of prayers and sacrifice we can release these blessings into manifestation. We need to have faith in the provision of God and receive the ministry of angels.

This series will change how we engage our walk of faith. Most times we blame God, when actually the situation is because we fail to take responsibility. Ignorance has hindered us in engaging these realities that have been made available to us.

Everything is hinged upon these two things the kingdom and will of God.
“Pray, then, in this way: ‘Our Father, who is in heaven, Hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come, Your will be done On earth as it is in heaven.” Matthew‬ ‭6:9-10‬ ‭AMP‬‬

“Jesus said to them, “My food is to do the will of Him who sent Me and to completely finish His work.” John‬ ‭4:34‬ ‭AMP‬‬

In this series of teaching anything that you hear about angels should be tied to the kingdom and will of God. The ministry of angels is about the kingdom of God and the will of God. In the kingdom of darkness demons advance the course of their kingdom and enforce the will of the devil. In the same way angels are committed to the kingdom and will of God. We have access to angels because we are citizens of the Kingdom of God. As citizens of the kingdom of God our main goal is to see the will of God being done on earth. The will of God is not oppression, sickness, poverty, it’s not anything that Christ has dealt with on the cross. The will of God is everything God has provided by the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. The will of God is simply the word of God. The will of God can’t violate his word. The desires we have should be in line with the word of God. It’s not about our will but his will and his kingdom.

The angels enforce God’s will not our will. There is no satisfaction outside of his will. There is nothing more satisfying than submitting your entire life to the will of God. The angels will fight jealously against any demonic forces that try to break in. Once believers aligns themselves with the will of God, the angels will consistently minister to them .

The bible is clear that angels are:

1. Ministering Spirits
2. They are sent to minister to heirs of salvation. Their responsibility is to serve those who will inherit salvation.
3. They give messages from God
4. They respond to the prayers of the saints
5. They have the spiritual ability to give strength
6. They are strong and they don’t operate within the confinement of time
7. They are not omnipresent or omniscience
8. Angels can fight both physically and spiritually
9. Angels can be limited regardless of their strength
10. They can need assistance
11. As believers we can ask for more angels.
12. We have innumerable angels.

As we journey through this study we will discuss the different attributes of angels. My prayer is that through this series our spiritual understanding will be altered and we shall be equipped with the truth. By the help of the Holy Spirit our minds will be reprogrammed by the word of God to start relating with these spiritual beings as partners for kingdom advancement.

We need to understand how to engage the spiritual realm. As we engage prayer, obedience and submission to the will of God we create an atmosphere conducive for the ministry of angels. Angels enjoy atmospheres that exalt God.
The atmosphere that angels thrive in is an atmosphere that the Holy Spirit has taken over. It is an atmosphere in agreement with the will of God. Angels only minister to saints whose lives are consistent with the will of God. It’s impossible to walk in disobedience and rebellion and expect the ministry of angels. The bible says we have the readiness to judge disobedience when our obedience is fulfilled.

“And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.” 2 Corinthians‬ ‭10:6‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Angels are ministering spirits that minister to those who are committed to the will of God. They have their own will and they have subjected their will to God. There are atmospheres that make it conducive for angels to operate, in the same manner there are atmospheres that make it impossible for angels to operate. God will help us to break these hindrances and barriers so we can have enabling atmospheres for angels to minister to us.
Jesus said the prince of this world comes and finds nothing in me. He was saying that demonic forces had no right in his atmosphere, they had no accusations to hold him to. May God help us to live in such a way that demonic spirits cease to have any right over our atmosphere. We will have supernatural interventions but we have to break the hold of wickedness in our lives and our atmosphere first.
