Live Streaming Guide

This is a guide for our live streaming viewers. These instructions will guide you through the general troubleshooting if something goes wrong before or during the live stream. If your problem is beyond the scope of this guide, feel free to contact us at tech@ravayahministries.org.

General Troubleshooting

1. If the live-stream frame of view is limited, click on the full screen icon at the bottom right to view the video in full screen mode.
2. If live streaming won’t work, refresh your page by pressing f5 or the refresh button in your preferred browser. Alternatively, if watching on a mobile device, go to the browser’s menu options (top right/left hand corner in most browsers) and select “desktop website”. This should refresh your browser and let you access the desktop version of this page. 
3. Check your internet connection.
